TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Sponsor. The giveaway is sponsored by Align Technology, located at 2820 Orchard Parkway. San Jose, CA 95134. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by San Diego Wave FC or the NWSL.

  2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the US who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are attendees of the San Diego Wave Season Kickoff Rally on March 10th, 2026. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Align Technology are not eligible.

  3. No Purchase Necessary. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

  4. Entry Period. Entries will be accepted only during the event, beginning at 5PM PST and ending at 11:5PM PST on March 10th, 2026.

  5. How to Enter. Attendees may enter the giveaway by scanning the QR code on the flyer and submitting the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person.

  6. Prize. There are 2 prizes. Each prize consists of (2) Pregame Sideline Passes, (2) Premium Tickets, and (2) Wave FC Jerseys. The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted unless determined by the sponsor. ARV: $780

  7. Winner Selection. The (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will take place on or about March 11th.

  8. Winner Notification.The winner will be notified via email within 3 days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted within 12 hours, another winner may be selected.

  9. Taxes. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use.

  10. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion. 

  11. Limitation of Liability. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

  12. Governing Law. This giveaway is governed by the laws of California.
