Maria “Ria”, a jack of all trades and master of many, holds a B.F.A in Interior Architecture from Woodbury University. A super passionate designer with 6+ years of experience in art directing and managing projects large and small for the likes of The Oscars, Youtube, Rolex, and Veuve Clicquot, amongst others.
She understands all aspects of architecture, engineering, and production/fabrication, while excelling in the quality control process and seeing a project through from concept to execution.

Adam “Bttags” Battaglia is an entrepreneur, photographer, media proprietor, and volunteer. At Parti, his executive producer role allows him to lean onto his background in commercial production as well as television development for Sony Television Studios.
He is recognized as a creative director for commercial and documentary landscape, as well as creative producer with photographic prints circulated by West Elm, W Hotels, and published in Cabin Porn: Inside.

With an acute passion for design and production, Luca garnered two bachelor’s degrees from Parsons University and The New School. Luca has project-managed: LinkedIn Summit, BET Awards After-Party, and Beyonce’s 'Club Renaissance'.
As Director of Studio Culture, he sets the tone of PARTI, through his work ethic and mantra of “there’s a solution to every problem."
